I have worked with Dr. Barbanell for almost 4 years now on this website. I have had the chance to learn Dr. Barbanell's philisophies and morals first hand, while learning a great deal about the dental implant process and prices. In the course of making this site I have also had the opportunity to review a ton of other dental implant sites.

I have alway been amazed by Dr. Barbanell's approach. Not only does he strive to be the best at what he does, he strives to do good for people and that is very rare these days.

This week I finally got my dental implant. The dental costs for an implant were never a concern for me because I have seen what others charge and what Dr. Barbanell charges, however I will be honest and I was concerned with how much it would hurt during and after the implant. Even though there is literature on this very site about how plainless it is, it still seemed like it would have to hurt.

I can now tell you, as a person who just got his implant, that the implant procedure is virtually painless. I have had the post and healing cap for 3 days now, and I have had no pain at all. I didn't even need to take a single advil today.

I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is considering getting a dental implant, and may be afraid, to go for it. It doesn't hurt at all, and the confidence and comfort you will get from having your teeth fixed is tremendous!

I was one of Dr. Barbanell's first dental implant patients. When the procedure was completed, he informed me that it would probably only last 5 years. It is now 31 years later and I still have the implant and it has been trouble free.

By the time I met Dr. Barbanell in 1999 my periodontal disease was in its advanced stage (I had been attending to my teeth, getting cleaning on regular basis, but no one told me the seriousness of my disease). I was afraid that I might end up like my mother and mother-in-law; both had no teeth left due to periodontal diseases. Dr. Barbanell performed the full-mouth surgery on me. He was excellent in every way. He is kind, honest, and has the best skill. I was so satisfied that I asked him to help my father (Nai Shi Min) by giving him dental implants, a full-mouth set. It was a challenging situation because my father had only six lower-front teeth left; not much to work with. Dr. Barbanell and Dr. De La Cruz's state-of-the-art craft created a miracle for my father. Today he is 77 years old and can chew like a 17-year-old.
